Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle with Chinese Medicine

About

Our healthy lifestyle programme incorporating Chinese medicine can be a holistic approach to maintaining and improving health. Chinese medicine emphasizes the balance of mind, body, and spirit, and seeks to prevent and treat illness by promoting the body's natural healing mechanisms. This programme involves a combination of life coaching, dietary changes, exercise, herbal remedies, acupuncture, and other practices. Our professional life coach will support individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome challenges, improve their overall well-being and create a personalised plan specially for you. A Chinese medicine practitioner will work with you to assess your individual health needs and create a personalised plan. Herbal remedies may be used to address specific health conditions or to support overall health and wellbeing. Acupuncture, a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body, can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health. Exercise, such as tai chi or qigong, can help improve circulation, flexibility, and mental focus. Our Tai Chi classes are taught by Master Leo Au Yeung, one of the world's top Masters, professionally trained in Chinese Martial Arts for over 30 years. Incorporating Chinese medicine into a healthy lifestyle program can help individuals achieve optimal health and wellbeing by promoting balance and harmony within the body and mind.
