Leo Au Yeung
Chinese Martial Arts Instructor / Fight Choreographer
Master Leo Au Yeung Chi Chung is a renowned martial arts expert who practices various disciplines, including Wing Chun, Hung Gar, Tai Chi, Thai Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His extensive Wing Chun training spans over two decades, studying under the guidance of Ip Man's elder son, Ip Chun. In addition to his professional acclaim as a fight choreographer in the film industry and as a demonstrator, Master Leo Au Yeung operates his Martial Arts Institute in the heart of Central and Southwest London. Here, he has provided professional coaching to numerous artists, further establishing his reputation.

Master Leo Au Yeung held the official role of fight choreographer for acclaimed films such as Ip Man (2008), The Legend is Born: Ip Man (2010), and Ip Man: The Final Fight (2013). His martial arts prowess and choreography expertise have significantly contributed to the success of these award-winning movies.

Born of Taiwanese and Malaysian heritage, Caylyn's early years were shaped by a move to Thailand, where she began her remarkable journey. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to Taiwan, where she dedicated herself to the study of Medicine. Subsequently, Caylyn embarked on a new chapter in Hong Kong, immersing herself in the fields of Criminology and Psychology.

Continuing her quest for knowledge and personal growth, Caylyn furthered her education with studies in Occupational and Business Psychology. This diverse academic background equips her with a unique perspective and a holistic approach to well-being.

She has completed Mental Health First Aid Training in Hong Kong. She is also a qualified talent assessment practitioner, specialising in the TalentPredixTM assessment and profile. This tool provides valuable insights into individuals' key talents, career motivations, values, and potential performance limitations. It helps you discover your own strengths, career drivers, and values, thereby boosting your effectiveness, self-confidence, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, it equips you with skills and strategies to address any areas of weakness.

Yin
Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Originally from Taiwan with a cultural background of tradition of Chinese medicine. Yin was very much immersed in Chinese medicine from a young age and had the privilege of inheriting the knowledge of maintaining wellbeing using Chinese dietary and medicine passed down from generations.
Yin is a full member of The Acupuncture Society, a UK professional body of Acupuncture and Oriental Medical Therapist Practitioners. Her unique style of acupuncture is rooted from her teacher - a distinguished Chinese medicine Doctor/ Scholar- Prof. Engin-Can who is the disciple of legendary Chinese doctor Ke Shah Li in China in the 20th century.

Yin has a particular interest in women’s health (including fertility and menopause support) and mental health related conditions( including anxiety, insomnia and depression).
